*Advisor approval is required before paying the fee. Students will be notified by a Pharmacy Advisor if they are eligible for a supplemental exam to clear a single failed course.*

Please note this fee is non-refundable. The fee allows you one opportunity to write your supplementary exam in the specified term. If you would like to change your supplemental exam to another term, you are required to pay the fee again.
