Refund Policy

Except where stated otherwise, shop.uwaterloo.ca customers may request a refund within 45 days of the original purchase.  Once the request has been validated by the appropriate University of Waterloo department, any refunded amount will be applied against the same credit card information provided for the original purchase.

The University of Waterloo may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity for any purchase made through shop.uwaterloo.ca.  Any refund required based on a University of Waterloo amended order (cancelled or reduced) will be processed without a request for refund.

Without exception, all refund transactions will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
