This accredited course was developed by an interprofessional team from the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy and the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, Waterloo Regional Campus of McMaster University to offer insight and guidance in six key areas of professional conduct, including:
  • Harassment in Healthcare Education
  • Sexual Violence: Identification and Prevention
  • E-Professionalism in Clinical Learning
  • Conflict Resolution in Healthcare
  • Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback in Healthcare
  • Ethical Decision Making in Healthcare

These courses were developed to familiarize you with important concepts, recognize traps and pitfalls, and equip you with skills and strategies to enhance professional conduct in the clinical learning environment.
