Each individual being registered requires a separate registration form to be filled out. If two or more assistants are being registered from the same office then select this option from the drop down menu and the fee will be reduced by $25. Select the type of registration that from the list of registration options in the drop down menu to the right. Please put the name of the office in the registration form.

The registration fee, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if cancellation of registration is received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the event (October 24, 2025.)
