This withdrawal fee is only applicable if you have withdrawn your exchange application after you have been placed with a host institution.

Only pay this fee if you have been instructed to do so by the Student Success Office. If you have not contacted a Global Learning Coordinator in the Student Success Office about your withdrawal from an exchange term, please do so by sending an email to Once the fee is paid, please contact us at so that we can remove the hold from your student account. If you do not contact us, there may be a delay in removing the hold of up to 5 business days.

Refund requests will not be considered for this fee.
